The estimate range	The high figure is the low figure plus 19%, which is the honest spread on illustration load. A designer confirms a firm figure before anything is charged.

The timeline in practice

What happens on day one, day two and day three

Day 0 — you reserve

You pick a design, set the options, and send it. Takes about ninety seconds. No payment, no account, no OTP. A designer reads it within 2 working hours during studio hours and replies on WhatsApp with a firm quote and the exact list of details we need.

Day 1 — you send the details

Names as you want them spelled, dates, times, venues, language, and any photographs. Spellings are the thing that delays projects most often, so send them written down rather than spoken over a call.

Day 2–3 — the first draft

Watermarked, complete, with your details already set. Not a mock-up and not a template preview — the actual invitation, minus the watermark.

Then — three revisions

Send everything you want changed in one message rather than five. Three rounds are included and most families use two. Spelling corrections do not count as a round.

Delivery

HD MP4 and a WhatsApp-sized copy that will not be crushed by compression — or, for a static e-card, the stills at full resolution plus a print-ready CMYK PDF. Add-ons are delivered with it, in the same artwork.

Afterwards

We keep your artwork setup on file. When you come back for the reception card, the thank-you video, or the annaprashan two years later, quote the design code and we pick up where we left off without charging the setup again.

How much does a video invitation cost?

Select designs run ₹1,900 to ₹6,000 — an existing design with your details, palette and photographs. Tailored runs ₹8,000 to ₹18,000 and means the artwork is redrawn around your wedding. Bespoke starts at ₹25,000 and is an original video with its own storyboard and score. Every design page shows a live estimate as you configure it.

When do I pay, and how?

50% to begin production and 50% on delivery, by UPI, bank transfer or card.

What happens if I do not like the first draft?

You tell us what is wrong and we change it, three times over, at no cost. If after three rounds it is still not right, our refunds and cancellation policy sets out where that leaves you.

How long does it take?

First draft within 48 hours of receiving your details, included in the price. 24-hour delivery is ₹1,200 and several designs can go out the same day for ₹2,500. Caricature work needs seven to nine days because the illustration pass comes first. Bespoke is three to four weeks.

What do I actually receive?

An HD MP4 at full resolution, and a WhatsApp-sized copy that survives compression. Print-ready CMYK PDFs with bleed and crop marks are available on the designs that support them.

What do you need from me to start?

Names as you want them spelled, the ceremony dates and times, venue names and addresses, and the language. For photograph or caricature add-ons, three or four clear pictures of each person. That is genuinely all — we will ask if anything else is needed.

Can you work in a language not listed?

Usually yes. Another script is ₹1,500 extra and we will find a native reader to proof it before delivery. We will tell you honestly if we cannot set a script well rather than deliver something that reads wrong.

Do you make printed cards too?

We deliver print-ready CMYK PDFs that any press can work from, and at the Tailored tier we extend the artwork to envelopes, monograms, signage and menus. We do not print or ship physical cards ourselves.

Do you work with families outside Kolkata?

Most of our work is now for families outside Kolkata — across India, and in the Gulf, the UK, Singapore and North America. Everything runs on WhatsApp and email, and the time difference has never actually been the problem people expect it to be.
