Working inside a brand book
Palette, typeface, logo clear-space and lock-up all come from your guidelines. Where a guideline conflicts with the invitation working — a logo that has to sit on a busy frame, a typeface with no Devanagari cut — we will flag it and propose the smallest deviation that solves it.
If there is no brand book, we will build the invitation from your website and existing collateral and give you the palette and type specification back as a one-page document you can reuse.
Head counts
Corporate events are catered and seated against a number, so confirmations need to land on one desk rather than with the organising committee. Put that name, that number and a cut-off date on the itinerary card (₹1,200) — which is also where the agenda, the dress code and the parking instructions belong.
For dealer meets and awards nights we can also produce bulk-personalised versions — each invitee’s name rendered into their own copy of the video — which measurably lifts attendance.
Lead time
Same-day and 24-hour delivery are both available and are used more here than anywhere else, because corporate dates get confirmed late.
For bulk-personalised runs, allow three working days from the point the invitee list is final — the render is per-name and cannot be rushed past a certain point.
